Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist at Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas to provide a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and to deliver goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum independence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Nevada State Licensure, current BCLS certification, and at least two years of experience in PT.

Job Description:

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

Experience:

Two or more years of progressively more responsible work in the field of Physical Therapy.

License/Certification:

Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current BCLS certification.

Other:

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
