Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist at Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. You will evaluate functional mobility, develop goal‑oriented treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient independence.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist, and current BLS certification, with ability to serve patients across the adult and geriatric spectrum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying APTA requirements.
  • Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to the age of the patients served on the unit/department.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal‑oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.

Job Description:

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification:

Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification.

Other:

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Note:

May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on‑site direct supervision.
