Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
Two or more years of progressively more responsible work in the field of Physical Therapy.
Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current BCLS certification.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of patients served on the assigned unit/department.
