Role

A Physical Therapy Resident (PTR) is a postgraduate trainee expected to complete a comprehensive program within twelve months.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across diverse diagnoses and age groups, implement and modify treatment plans based on current best practices, and document all clinical activities. Conduct patient assessments, set goals, and plan discharges according to departmental policies. Supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students, fostering a positive learning environment. Qualifications & Skills
