Job summary

ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Rehab Technician to join our orthopedic therapy team in Jasper, IN. You will assist with therapy treatments, support therapists, and help keep the clinic organized and welcoming for patients.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also help with front desk tasks and ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Background or interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or physiology.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain before starting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the shift.
• Lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Professionalism and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries or musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patients and support therapists; maintain a safe, organized clinic and excellent customer service.
• Assist in front office tasks: greet patients, answer phones, registration support, data entry, filing.
• Safeguard and escort patients between locations as needed.
• Keep treatment areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Prepare patients, areas, equipment, and supplies; inventory and laundry as needed.
