Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute and long-term care team. A New Jersey PT license and at least one year of experience are required, with weekend availability to support residents and families.

Physical Therapist PT Shift: Day shift

Physical Therapist PT Full TIME

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are \"In-House\" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists PT

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
