Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in therapy field required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• License eligibility for AZ-based therapy fields (PT / OT / SLP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CARF, CMS).
• Assist quality improvement efforts within the organization.
• Evaluate staff and programs; set goals via surveys.
• Manage cost centers to meet productivity standards.
• Participate in annual budget planning with Director.
• Submit monthly/quarterly labor, expenses, and productivity variance reports.
• Perform initial evaluations and develop/update plans of care.
• Provide direct therapies and maintain patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
