Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Physical Therapy Manager to help patients rebuild or maintain physical wellbeing and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related therapy field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Licensure: Physical Therapist (AZ) or Occupational Therapist (AZ) or Speech-Language Pathologist (AZ).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain regulatory compliance for departments and programs (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, CMS).
• Assist organization in quality improvement efforts.
• Evaluate staff and program performance; set goals via experience surveys.
• Manage cost centers to meet productivity standards.
• Participate in annual budget planning with the Director.
• Submit monthly/quarterly variance reports on labor and expenses.
