Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related therapy field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
• 2 years Supervisory experience.
• Physical Therapist AZ, or Occupational Therapist AZ, or Speech Language Pathologist AZ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and maintains all regulatory compliance for all departments and programs (e.g., The Joint Commission, CARF, CMS).
• Assists the organization in quality improvement efforts.
• Evaluates performance of staff and programs and establishes goals through patient experience and employee experience survey results.
• Manages the cost center(s) to meet the productivity standard.
• Participates in annual budget planning with the Director.
• Submits monthly/quarterly variance reports on labor management, expenses and productivity as directed.
