STAR Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level team member to assist therapists with treatments under supervision. You will help clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas, set up patients, and support daily clinic operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, autonomy, and a positive patient experience, contributing to STAR's mission to serve patients and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preference given to those pursuing allied health.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR systems, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts.
