PT Solutions in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based, patient-centered care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will plan treatments, manage clinics, and foster community connections to grow patient volumes.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget accountability, and collaboration with clinicians to drive quality outcomes and program development within a vibrant, patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
