Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, or reschedule physical therapy appointments and greet patients.
• Verify and update patient demographic information and scan insurance and identification cards.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient accounts accordingly.
• Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments and assist coworkers daily.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Evening and Saturday availability may be required; occasional travel to other ORA locations.
