Olympic Sports & Spine in Tacoma is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at our Tacoma Mall Blvd clinic. This entry-level, non-treating position supports the therapy staff and handles front-office tasks while learning clinic operations.

You will assist with modality setups under supervision, perform administrative duties, manage filing, scanning, phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, and inventory. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

Physical Therapy Clinic Aide

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aideat our Tacoma Mall Blvd. Clinic.

Clinic Aides are responsible for assisting all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility of a clinic aide is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones), laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other tasks. Aides are under close supervision by both physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL, NON-TREATING POSITION.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday (No Saturdays), 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., 40 hours a week. This position comes with an excellent benefits package, including medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
