Job summary

Select Physical Therapy, part of Select Medical, is expanding its NovaCare Rehabilitation sales team in Delaware. The Business Development Manager will educate physicians and patients about our therapy services and generate referrals to grow patient volume.

We offer a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus plan, with a strong orientation and opportunities to build relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient therapy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop referral opportunities with new business customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services.
• Regularly participate in community outreach events.
