Job summary

PruittHealth in Toomsboro, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver PT treatments under supervision, support patient mobility, and participate in care planning at our SNF. This PRN position offers competitive compensation up to $100,000 annually based on experience, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative post-acute setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to achieve

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.

• Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
