Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform treatment and education under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include guiding patients through exercises, following the plan of care, and documenting progress in diverse home environments.

The role requires an active state PTA license, a valid driver's license, and weekend rotation availability; CPR certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
