Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team in Mishawaka, Indiana. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain movement and confidence under the director of rehab.

Eligible graduates of an APTA-certified program and licensed or eligible for state licensure are welcome. We offer a patient-centered care culture, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities according to recovery plans.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients restore physical abilities and mobility.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
• Support patients and families with caring, compassionate service.

Education
