Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team in Portage, Michigan. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver skilled treatments to help patients regain function.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and peers, benefiting from mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide, patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care and referrals.
