• Monitor patient responses and report to supervising PT.
• Record progress and communicate changes in condition to the PT.
• Modify treatment approaches as instructed to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises to do at home.
• Provide motivation and support during sessions.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
• Assist with scheduling and preparing therapy spaces.
• Comply with facility policies and professional standards.
