Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care and collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role includes supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluating progress, and completing timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
