Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our growing team. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care.

In this role you will help implement treatment programs, document patient responses, communicate with the PT, director, and staff, and operate standard PT equipment to support functional outcomes.

• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
