Step Up Rehab in Naples, FL, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to quality patient care in a modern rehab setting. Applicants must graduate PTA program and hold Florida PTA license, with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
