Job summary

Frontpoint Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health in North Dallas, TX 75287. This PRN/per visit role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and involves delivering in-home physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT.

You will assess patients, implement treatment plans, educate families, document progress, and coordinate with the care team while maintaining compliant records.

Responsibilities
