Job summary

Frontpoint Health, LLC seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home rehab services in the Dallas area on a PRN/per-visit basis. The PTA supports the therapist, implements treatment plans, and tracks patient progress during home visits.

Ideal candidates demonstrate independence, strong communication, and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure compliant, high-quality care and accurate

Qualifications

• PTA certification/license required for home health practice.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in home health settings.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
