ClearSky Health in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for a PRN day-shift role. You will provide direct PT interventions, assist with treatment planning and documentation, and collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited PTA program, possess state licensure, and hold BLS/CPR certification.

Physical Requirements - What you need to know

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
