Essential Job Functions

As a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in a Grace Management Services facility, you must be able to:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct resident screenings at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention/treatment.
• Identify indications for evaluations and assist in the evaluation process under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Help establish and modify individual resident schedules in collaboration with the Physical Therapist and team members.
