Job summary

Providence Swedish Rehab Hospital in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN schedule. You will administer PT interventions under supervision, assist with mobility and exercise, monitor patient responses, and maintain documentation.

Work in a safe, clean environment with opportunities for professional growth. The role requires an Associate's degree from a PTA program, WA PTA license, CPR certification, and rehab/acute care experience is preferred.

• Current PTA license in state of practice.
