Join the Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller, a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and Texas Health Resources. Be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to caring for patients in North Texas who require continued care for complete recovery. In this role, you will:

  • Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records.
  • Document patient care following Peoplefirst, regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
  • Make presentations to support marketing efforts, attend team conferences, and participate in in-services.
  • Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate's degree.
  • Current and valid state PTA license or equivalent in the states where services are provided.
  • CPR certification (if required).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
