Overview
The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for implementing treatment plans tailored to address the functional needs of patients with various diagnoses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistants.
Certification/Licensure
Licensed as a physical therapist assistant in WI, IL, or both if required. CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of Driver's License and/or Credit Check (if applicable). Background checks for WI Caregiver or IL Healthcare Workers required. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Work Environment
Typically quiet environment. Occupational exposure: Category A - all partners in this classification have occupational exposure.
