ClearSky Health in Flower Mound is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for PRN day shifts. You will work under a Physical Therapist to help restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program with Texas licensure and BLS/CPR certification. Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply, with mentorship and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• 1 year direct patient care experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and communication of patient progress.
• Collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
