Sprenger Therapy is an in-house rehabilitation team within Sprenger Health Care Systems, a family-owned senior living organization with 12 facilities. We seek a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in Ohio.

• Active PTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
