Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with a passion for working with seniors. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and providing treatments to improve residents' mobility, strength, and well-being.

Pay Range

Base pay is $28.08/hr, with potential to range up to $38.09/hr based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Experience working with the senior population preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
• Proficiency in computer and data-entry skills

Minimum Requirements

• MN Physical Therapist Assistant license
• At least two years of experience in a relevant setting
