Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based geriatric therapy in St Cloud, FL. This PRN role offers flexibility to choose visits, while delivering skilled care to residents in assisted living settings.

As a PTA, you will work under a plan of care to improve mobility and independence, document accurately, and communicate with physicians and families. Compensation is $65 per 4-unit visit, with autonomy and supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
