Sobe Innovative Rehab, a home-visit outpatient therapy provider serving Assisted Living Facilities, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality geriatric care in St Cloud, FL.

This PRN role offers flexibility with visits you choose, a pay rate of $65 per 4‑unit treatment, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team environment with transparent reporting. Two years of clinical experience are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
