Responsibilities

1. Assist in patient assessments and develop treatment plans under a physical therapist’s supervision.
2. Implement prescribed interventions like exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
3. Educate patients and families on home exercises, body mechanics, and equipment use.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor progress and adjust care plans.

Qualifications

Current Iowa licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.87 - $29.84/hour, based on experience.
• $5,000 retention bonus for full-time staff.
• Daily Pay option available.
• Mileage reimbursement at 58.5 cents/mile.
