Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care set by the Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety related to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness and patient progress, and modify plans as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and communicate when patients have received maximum benefit from therapy.
• Accurately document patient management and demonstrate progress toward professional practice criteria.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
