The PTA will float to several facilities within the North Central CT region, collaborating with rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include a CT PTA license (or eligibility), strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel) and experience with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and timeliness in documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings
