Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Farmington, CT. You will work in a collaborative team with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to provide comprehensive therapy services.

The ideal candidate will hold a PTA license or be eligible to practice in CT, demonstrate strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible to practice in CT.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with rehab staff in a sub-acute/SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/SNF facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to ensure consistent patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and notes.
• Be flexible with hours and contribute to a positive team environment.
