Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Wilton, CT. The PTA will provide compassionate therapy services and collaborate with rehab staff to support resident independence.

We offer strong education support, a generous PTO package (up to 5 weeks to start, up to 6 weeks after 5 years), flexible schedules, and a competitive rate range ($30–$35/hr). CT PTA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in CT or license eligible
• Experience with electronic documentation
• Strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel)
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Team player with flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff
