Overview

Capitol Physical Therapy is currently seeking full-time Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team in Sacramento and Roseville locations. We are a therapist-owned practice operating for over 20 years, delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat approximately 14–17 patients per day with the support of one dedicated staff member.
• Work across a varied payer mix, providing clinical variety and ongoing learning.
• Contribute to specialized programs and develop areas of clinical interest as part of professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in California.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE).
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000.
• Full-time schedule with 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, seven paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching after one year.
