Job summary

The Physical Therapy Assistant - Homecare role at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic offers a full-time, day-shift position serving patients in home care settings. You will collaborate with a team of Physical Therapists to deliver post-acute/home-based therapy with thorough orientation and mentorship.

Responsibilities include providing PT services at home, evaluating patients, and caring for one patient at a time, with paid mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NYS PTA licensure required.
• Minimum one year of experience with adult/geriatric population.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $29.53 - $38.22 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
