Job summary

Highland Oaks Health Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our newly opened Therapy department. You will provide high-quality physical therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team to help patients recover from injuries and improve overall health.

The role offers part-time and full-time positions as well as PRN opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, life insurance, and Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
