Job summary

Highland Oaks Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our newly opened therapy department. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality PT services and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients recover, reduce pain, and improve function.

We offer part-time and full-time positions as well as PRN opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide education and training to patients and families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
