Job summary

Highland Oaks Health Center seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our newly opened Therapy department. The PTA will provide high-quality physical therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify PT needs and develop plans
• Provide education and training to patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy

Responsibilities

• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
