Job summary

Northgate Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

Your Impact:
