Rolling Green Village is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support therapy programs and help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits. New grads are welcome; mentorship and growth opportunities are available within our in-house therapy team.

Qualifications

• Must hold State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• New grads are welcome to apply and will be supported.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during sessions.

What We’re Looking For
