Qualifications

• Iowa PTA license is required or eligible.
• Experience preferred, new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during therapy sessions.

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will:

Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.

Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We're Looking For:
