Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Iowa is seeking a friendly and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to support in facility-based therapy programs. You will implement recovery plans, deliver exercises, and help patients regain movement.

You’ll collaborate with directors and clinicians, contribute to patient-centered care, and participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities. This role offers growth within a national rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
