Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement physical therapy activities, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain function with compassion and expertise.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with therapists and clinicians to deliver patient-centered care that restores mobility and quality of life across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering physical therapy treatments.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You're a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications
