The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide top-tier rehabilitation services, assisting in physical therapy programs to facilitate patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Physical Therapists to develop and implement rehabilitation programs
• Working directly with patients to achieve maximum recovery
• Monitoring and communicating patient progress
• Documenting patient care accurately
• Collaborating with team members for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
• Current MA State PTA License
• Experience in SNF setting is preferred but not required
• Exceptional patient care and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
